Automatic follow-up

A follow-up that goes out at the right time without relying on anyone's memory. The human steps in only when it counts: on the phone, to close.

An automatic follow-up goes out when its condition is met (a quote unanswered for seven days, an invoice two days overdue), without anyone thinking about it. The text is written once, personalised from the file's data, and every send leaves a trace.

It is not mass mailing: it is your best follow-up practice, applied to every file without exception. The rule that works: writing goes out on its own, calls stay human. At our clients', overdue-invoice reminders go out on day 2, 4, 6 and 8, then the salesperson gets an alert. The follow-up goes out on its own; the human steps in when it counts.
