The payment arrives at 9:12. Here is what happens in the following minute, without anyone touching anything.

The payment is detected. The file moves to “collected” — not “invoiced”, collected.

The invoice is issued and sent. The contractual document is produced from the file's data and sent to the client.

The sales rep gets a notification: their file is closed. The owner sees the line change colour on their screen.
And if something fails?
Every automatic task leaves a trace. A failure triggers an immediate alert — never a discovery three weeks too late. The danger is never the outage; it is the outage nobody sees.
Before, that minute took two days and three people. It was not optimised: it disappeared.
