Who is responsible
The data controller is ZIPPYTAL, a French SARL registered under SIREN 883 782 898, whose registered office is at 38 rue Pasteur, 91280 Saint-Pierre-du-Perray, France.
For anything on this page, write to contact@zippytal.com. Loïs Bibehe Nonga answers.
What we keep when you write to us
Submit the form and we keep your phone number. If you give them, we also keep your first name, sector, email and the voice note describing what you need.
We keep the technical context of your arrival too: the page you landed on, the referring site, and any campaign parameters in the URL (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, gclid, fbclid).
This is used to reply to you and to know which pages bring enquiries. We do not sell it. It goes to nobody outside the company.
Voice recordings
Record a voice note and the file stays on our own servers. Loïs or Pascal listens to it before calling you back. No automatic transcription, no third-party service.
How long we keep it
Your details and voice recordings are kept for 24 months after your last exchange with us, then deleted. You can ask for deletion sooner, at any time.
Cookies and measurement
We use Google Analytics 4, the Meta Pixel and a Google Ads conversion tag to measure what the site does and what our campaigns do.
None of these load until you accept them. Refusing is exactly as easy as accepting, nothing is pre-ticked, and you can change your mind whenever you like via the link in the footer.
Refusing changes nothing: not your use of the site, not your ability to write to us.
Separately, we store attribution details for the current browser tab only, using sessionStorage. They vanish when you close the tab, go nowhere unless you submit the form, and are not used to profile you.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to contact@zippytal.com and we answer within one month.
If the answer does not satisfy you, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
