Hire or systemize?
The trade-off every owner who runs the shop by hand faces. Sometimes the answer is: hire.

You just hired a sales rep and realise you have nothing clean to hand over. Or you hesitate: one more person, or a system?
What a person does
They organise, frame, follow up. They add a brain. An ops manager costs €6–9k a month fully loaded, takes four months to find, and one day leaves with everything they know.
What a system does
It moves data with no re-entry, sends follow-ups on its own, and puts your numbers on one screen. It costs the same at 8 people or 40. It stays.
When you should hire
When the work needs judgement on every file: negotiating, arbitrating, reassuring. A system does not replace that — and we will tell you so.
When you should systemize
When the work is the same file after file: entering, following up, producing, sending. There, a person organises but does not build; and if you hire later, they inherit a clean machine instead of a building site.

Frequently asked questions
Does a system replace a hire?
Not always. It replaces repetitive work file after file; it does not replace judgement. Sometimes the right answer is to hire — and we say so.
