CRM

The sales register: who this contact is, where the file stands, what the next step is. Only useful if the team fills it in.

CRM stands for “Customer Relationship Management”. Think of it as the sales register. One record per contact, one column per stage, one next step per file. It is where “where does this client stand?” gets answered in ten seconds without digging through three inboxes.

The classic trap: buy it, show the team, watch it empty out in three weeks. A CRM only holds if it gives back more than it asks: quotes generated from the record, follow-ups that prepare themselves. That is what our mini-course is about.
