Synchronisation

Keeping the same information up to date in several tools, automatically. The opposite of three files telling three different stories.

Synchronisation keeps one piece of information identical in several places: the client changes address in the CRM, invoicing knows it too. Without it, every tool drifts on its own and nobody knows which version to trust.

The awkward question: who is right in a conflict? A serious system names one source of truth per piece of information (the CRM for contacts, invoicing for amounts), and the other tools follow. Without that rule, synchronisation spreads errors as fast as corrections.

The system between your tools

Do not buy a ninth tool

You pay for eight tools and still re-enter everything. The problem is not a missing tool: your tools do not talk to each other.
