SSO

One login for every tool the team uses. Fewer passwords on sticky notes, and departures handled in one click.

SSO (“Single Sign-On”) lets everyone log into all company tools with a single identity, usually the main Google or Microsoft account.

The point is not just comfort: when someone leaves the team, you cut one access and everything is cut. Without SSO, one tool always gets forgotten, and a former team member keeps access to your data months later. From ten people up, it is a genuine security subject.
