Integration

The connection built between two tools so information moves on its own. It is what removes re-entry.

An integration connects two tools: the form creates the CRM record, the closed sale creates the invoice, the payment updates the dashboard. Information entered once travels everywhere it serves.

There are two levels. Vendors' ready-made connectors: quick, but limited to what was anticipated. Integrations built for you: they follow your business rules (who validates what, in which order, with which exception). It is the difference between plugging in two sockets and wiring the house.

The system between your tools

Do not buy a ninth tool

You pay for eight tools and still re-enter everything. The problem is not a missing tool: your tools do not talk to each other.
