GDPR
The European rule on personal data: knowing what you keep, why, where, and being able to erase it on request.
GDPR governs what you do with personal data: your clients', prospects', trainees', employees'. In practice, four questions: what do you keep? why? where? and can you erase it on request?
For an SME the point is not paperwork but control: data scattered across eight tools and three exports is impossible to protect, or to erase. A system where every piece of data has a known place makes compliance almost mechanical. Useful the day of an inspection, a funder's audit, or a sale of the company.
