Electronic signature
The quote or contract signed online, in two minutes, legally valid, instead of the print-sign-scan circuit that takes a week.
Electronic signature replaces the print-sign-scan circuit: the client receives a link, reads and signs, on their phone if they like. The document is legally valid, with an evidence file to back it.
What it really changes: the delay. A quote signable in two clicks gets signed while the decision is warm; the one waiting for a printer waits a week, and sales cool down. Connected to the rest, the signature becomes a trigger: file signed, deposit invoice issued, production started. With no re-entry.
