1,400+ membersA backtesting tool with analytics that can mimic custom prop firm challenge conditions. Trader Lab helps traders practice and get accustomed to specific evaluation rules, track their performance under realistic constraints, and build the discipline they need before risking real capital.
Challenges
Building a backtesting engine that could accurately replicate different prop firm challenge rules was the core technical challenge. Each firm has unique conditions around drawdown limits, profit targets, and time constraints. We also needed a clean analytics dashboard that made it easy to review performance without overwhelming users with data.
Outcome
Trader Lab launched with a fully functional backtesting simulator, custom challenge configuration, and analytics dashboard. The community grew to over 1,400 members, with strong engagement and repeat usage. The platform proved that building community before product creates a built-in user base from day one.

AI Code Academy
An AI coding education platform designed to teach people how to build with AI tools. AI Code Academy bridges the gap between traditional coding courses and the rapidly evolving landscape of AI-assisted development, giving students practical skills they can use immediately.
Challenges
The biggest challenge was structuring AI-assisted learning paths that stayed relevant as tools evolved weekly. We needed interactive code environments that worked reliably in the browser, and a content system flexible enough to update quickly as new AI models and tools launched. The curriculum had to serve both complete beginners and experienced developers looking to level up their AI skills.
Outcome
The platform launched with structured learning paths, interactive coding exercises, and a content pipeline built for rapid iteration. Students could go from zero to building AI-powered projects, with the curriculum updating in step with the latest tools and best practices.

HealPass
A marketplace that allows health practitioners to organize events and protocols, list their services, and generate automatic links with an integrated sales funnel. HealPass gives wellness professionals the tools to manage their offerings and convert leads without juggling multiple platforms.
Challenges
The main challenge was building a flexible service listing system that worked for very different types of practitioners, from yoga instructors to naturopaths. The automatic link generation and integrated sales funnel needed to feel seamless while handling payments, scheduling, and event management under one roof. We also had to make the onboarding simple enough that non-technical practitioners could set everything up themselves.
Outcome
HealPass launched with a working marketplace, automated sales funnels, and event management tools. Practitioners could list services, generate shareable links, and start converting clients from day one. The platform demonstrated that a focused, well-designed marketplace can serve niche professional communities effectively.
