The 10/10/10 Rule

For any feature, ask:

  • Will users be upset in 10 minutes without it? (Core)
  • Will they notice in 10 days? (Table stakes)
  • Will they care in 10 weeks? (Delighter)

Only build "Core" features for your MVP. Everything else can wait.

Core (Build Now):

Not Core (Build Later):
